Where to find nightcrawler bait?

If you are doing a town board quest that needs you to acquire nightcrawler bait then your best bet to obtaining it will be from searching for and looting flint you find on the ground. Here is what flint looks like and how it can give you nightcrawler bait time to time.  

If you do not get a night crawler bait on your first attempt, keep trying other flint rocks that you can find all over the place in New World.

What level do you start to lose experience gains?

You will start to lose experience points gains when you are fighting enemies that are 10 levels lower then your current characters level on New World.

Level disparity - What happens if you fight against higher level npcs or very low levels?

Shown here are all the various modifiers for enemies based on level differences in New World. If you are fighting npcs 10 levels higher they have 150% more damage, physical armor and elemental armor rating. Also shows you should only attack npcs that are 2 levels higher then your current characters level and lower levels up to -9, after that you will start getting experience losses.
